We are looking for a **Mid-Level Data Analyst** to strengthen the evolution of our data platform and drive strategic decisions through technology. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What is the objective of this role?** This position aims to ensure the **support, evolution, and reliability of SURF’s hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure**, guaranteeing high availability, security, performance, and cost efficiency for the environments supporting critical business systems. This professional serves as a **strategic technical agent**, responsible for designing, implementing, and operating scalable and resilient solutions, with strong emphasis on automation, standardization, and continuous operational improvement. Additionally, they actively contribute to the company’s technological maturity by supporting architectural decisions and disseminating best practices in infrastructure, cloud, and security. **What results are expected from this role?** * Take a **hands-on and proactive approach** to managing and evolving cloud and on-premises environments. * Ensure **high availability and resilience** of services, minimizing risks and business impact. * Develop and expand **infrastructure automation** (IaC, CI/CD, and operational automations). * Demonstrate strong **advanced troubleshooting capability**, with rapid and accurate incident analysis. * Contribute to **end-to-end observability**, including efficient monitoring and proactive actions. * Support **information security initiatives**, hardening, and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001\). * Apply a **financial efficiency (FinOps) mindset**, optimizing cloud costs and resources. * Collaborate on **process standardization, documentation, and technical governance.** * Serve as a technical reference, supporting the team and influencing best practices. **Activities to be performed:** * Manage and evolve AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, EKS). * Administer and evolve Oracle OCI environment (Compute, Networking, Object Storage, IAM). * Administer and support Microsoft environment: Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and licensing. * Manage and monitor on-premises servers (Windows Server and Linux), ensuring availability, patches, and preventive checklists. * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines. * Implement and maintain IaC solutions using Terraform and/or CloudFormation. * Enable environment observability with Datadog (metrics, logs, APM, alerts). * Support FinOps initiatives — cost analysis, rightsizing, and multi-cloud resource optimization. * Contribute to CMDB implementation and maintenance (NetBox \+ AWS Config/Systems Manager). * Support processes related to ISO 27001 certification. * Participate in on-calls and GMUDs (change windows). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience with AWS (minimum 2 years). * Knowledge of Microsoft environments: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure AD. * Experience administering on-premises servers (Windows Server and/or Linux). * Proficiency in Terraform or CloudFormation. * Familiarity with Linux, shell scripting, and automation. * Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar). * Basic networking knowledge (VPN, VPC, DNS, firewall). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Oracle OCI. * AWS certification (Solutions Architect, SysOps, or DevOps Engineer). * Microsoft certification (AZ-104, AZ-900, or equivalent). * Experience with Datadog or other observability tools. * Knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS. * Experience in telecommunications or ISP environments. * Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL processes. **Additional Information** * Bradesco Health Insurance — 100% covered by the company. * Amil Dental Insurance — 100% covered by the company. * Meal and Food Allowance (Alelo) — BRL 1\.320,00 * Life insurance. * Corporate SIM card. * Wellhub — partnership with gyms. * TotalPass — partnership with gyms. * Birthday allowance. * Transportation allowance. **Salary:** To be discussed. **Work Schedule:** 5x2 **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **(100% on-site).** **Company Location:** Near Berrini Station — Emerald Line. **What We Offer:** Real multi-cloud environment: AWS \+ Oracle OCI \+ Microsoft 365 \+ on-premise Exposure to strategic projects: FinOps, observability, ISO 27001, CMDB A genuine opportunity for growth within the team Surf Telecom is an international company operating in the Brazilian telecommunications sector since 2017\.
