Providing remote and/or on-site support services aimed at implementing and maintaining the environment in full operation. **Responsibilities and duties** Storage (SAN): * Installation and configuration of host adapters (SCSI, FC, ESCON, FICON) and switches. * Firmware updates for storage network components. * Management of LUNs and WWPNs, including associations and disassociations. * Definition and implementation of zoning policies. * Monitoring and optimization of storage system utilization. * Diagnosis and resolution of incidents and technical issues. * Preparation of documentation and technical articles on best practices. * Coordination with suppliers to address complex issues. * Participation in projects providing technical information on resource sizing. * Prospecting and technical specification of new solutions. Backup/Restore: * Customization and sizing of backup infrastructure. * Installation, configuration, updating, and removal of backup hardware/software. * Diagnosis and resolution of backup-related issues. * Execution of periodic restore tests. * Preparation of technical articles on best practices. * Participation in projects and prospecting of technical solutions. **Requirements and qualifications** * **EDUCATION** * Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology (IT). * **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** * Must demonstrate experience through work records in the Work and Social Security Booklet or through a declaration from a public or private institution where the candidate has previously worked in the mentioned specialty. * Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Storage Area Network (SAN)-based storage solutions. * **CERTIFICATIONS/COURSES/TRAINING** * ITIL V4 training with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours. * Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher, according to the timeframe granted in item 1 of this attachment. * SNIA Certified Storage Professional (SCSP) **Additional information** We're glad you came to visit us virtually!
