Description: * EDUCATION * Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology (IT). * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE * Must provide proof through employment records in the Work and Social Security Card, or through a declaration from a public or private institution where the candidate has previously worked in the mentioned specialty. * Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Storage Area Network (SAN)-based storage solutions. * CERTIFICATIONS/COURSES/TRAINING * ITIL V4 training with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours. * Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher, according to the timeframe granted in item 1 of this annex. * SNIA Certified Storage Professional (SCSP) Storage (SAN): * Installation and configuration of host adapters (SCSI, FC, ESCON, FICON) and switches. * Firmware updates for storage network components. * Management of LUNs and WWPNs, including associations and disassociations. * Definition and implementation of zoning policies. * Monitoring and optimization of storage system utilization. * Diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents and problems. * Preparation of documentation and technical articles on best practices. * Coordination with suppliers to resolve complex issues. * Participation in projects providing technical input on resource sizing. * Technical assessment and specification of new solutions. Backup/Restore: * Customization and sizing of backup infrastructure. * Installation, configuration, updating, and removal of backup hardware/software. * Diagnosis and resolution of backup-related issues. * Execution of periodic restore tests. * Preparation of technical articles on best practices. * Participation in projects and technical evaluation of new solutions. 2509180202241759241
