Request and analyze quotations for material purchases or service contracts related to construction, renovation, and/or maintenance, as well as carpentry, metalwork, and other services. Let’s sail toward the future! **\#JoinBrisanet** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Propose improvements to departmental routines and processes; * Update departmental performance indicators; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Provide support to colleagues on matters related to the department; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Conduct on-site supervision of construction, renovation, and/or maintenance projects; * Prepare daily progress reports for construction, renovation, and/or maintenance projects; * Support the development of physical and financial planning and scheduling for construction, renovation, and/or maintenance projects, as well as carpentry, metalwork, and other services; * Conduct cost and material assessments required for construction, renovation, and/or maintenance projects, as well as carpentry, metalwork, and other services; * Monitor planned versus actual costs for construction, renovation, and/or maintenance projects, as well as carpentry, metalwork, and other services; * Request and analyze quotations for material purchases or service contracts related to construction, renovation, and/or maintenance projects, as well as carpentry, metalwork, and other services; * Rank construction, renovation, and/or maintenance requests—and carpentry, metalwork, and other service requests—by criticality level; * Perform technical analyses of services, reporting any irregularities; * Prepare cost projections for construction, renovation, and/or maintenance projects, as well as carpentry, metalwork, and other services; * Review project plans and identify discrepancies or interferences; * Monitor execution of departmental tasks; * Support supervision of large-scale structural and architectural projects; * Support supervision of large-scale third-party project development; * Support decision-making regarding service outsourcing; * Develop or adjust construction, renovation, and/or maintenance project plans, as well as carpentry and metalwork service plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, quality control in civil construction, Google tools (Sheets, Docs), and fundamental engineering and construction principles and methods; * Ability to read and interpret civil construction project plans. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience; * Knowledge of budgeting and executive project development; * Driver’s license – Category B. **Additional Information** * A workplace culture that respects and values people; * Internal events covering diverse topics; * A collaborative environment that supports personal and professional development; * A balanced horizontal and vertical structure—meaning you are the protagonist of your own career!; * Meal benefits (Headquarters via cafeteria; Branches via iFood); * Co-payment Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Assistance for Dependents with Disabilities; * Payroll-deductible Loans (available after 6 months); * Discounts of up to 50% on Brisanet Internet and BrisaMusic services; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Up to 60% discounts at higher education institutions.
