




**Requirements / Required Knowledge:** * Maintain the technology park (hardware and software) by providing technical support to users on-site and remotely. * Keep the inventory of equipment and peripherals up to date. * Receive, analyze, register, and resolve incidents and requests. * Create and maintain updated technical documentation and procedures for the area. * Install, configure, and resolve incidents related to computers (desktops and laptops). * Install and resolve incidents related to factory equipment (scanners, scales, thermal printers). * Open external tickets related to outsourced IT services and warranty services with manufacturers. * Install and configure systems. * Install, configure, and resolve incidents related to videoconferencing equipment. * Install, configure, and resolve incidents related to smartphones. * Install, configure, and resolve incidents related to Wi\-Fi antennas and networks. * Act as the local point of contact for the Infrastructure team when on-site support is needed at facilities. **Required Knowledge:** * Experience in **microcomputer support (general infrastructure, hardware, software, and user support).** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Information Technology * Experience with IT maturity frameworks: ITIL, COBIT. * **Advanced English** for conversation, which will be essential. **Additional Information:** * Work location: Sumaré \- SP.
