We believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion for professionals regardless of disability, race/ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, origin, or family composition. **Responsibilities and Duties** Your day-to-day will include: * Configuring, maintaining, and administering physical and virtual servers, ensuring they operate efficiently and securely; * Designing, implementing, and managing complex infrastructure architectures—including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services; * Administering operating systems, performing updates, patches, and resolving system-related issues; * Troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues;\>Deploying, configuring, and managing cloud services; * Implementing monitoring tools to track system performance and ensure infrastructure security; * Maintaining accurate documentation of infrastructure and cloud configurations, procedures, and policies; * Handling critical infrastructure and cloud incidents, coordinating rapid responses and solutions to minimize downtime; * Providing technical support to end users and junior and mid-level analysts to resolve infrastructure- and cloud-related issues; * Participating in projects to plan and implement infrastructure improvements—such as server upgrades, system migrations, and network expansions; * Ensuring infrastructure and cloud services comply with internal policies, regulations, and security standards; * Collaborating with other IT professionals—including developers, system administrators, and security specialists—to meet organizational needs; * Staying updated on new infrastructure and cloud features, while continuously improving technical skills and knowledge relevant to the IT field. * The professional will join the IaC (Infrastructure as Code) team, developing automations and solutions for provisioning and configuring cloud resources using Terraform; solid cloud expertise is required—GCP (mandatory), AWS, and Azure (desirable). **Requirements and Qualifications** What you need: * Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields (preferred); * Solid experience with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) (preferred); * Solid experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper\-V) (preferred); * Solid experience administering public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, and Azure) (preferred); * Experience automating processes using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) (preferred); * Experience with centralized monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus) (preferred); * Experience with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker Swarm / Kubernetes) (preferred);\>Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell Script, PowerShell) (preferred); * Experience with computer networking (preferred).
