Join our team and transform with us! **Requirements and Qualifications** Main Responsibilities * Administer and support Fortinet firewalls, including basic policies, VPNs, and troubleshooting; * Support administration of virtualization environments (VMware vSphere/vCenter), including VM provisioning and resource monitoring; * Configure and maintain networks with UniFi switches and access points; * Support administration of storage environments (Dell and Pure Storage), ensuring availability and organization; * Operate and monitor backup routines (Veeam or Commvault), including validation and restore testing; * Administer Active Directory routines: users, groups, permissions, and basic GPOs; * Administer Windows Server systems in physical and virtualized environments; * Configure, maintain, and operate monitoring tools (Zabbix) and build observability dashboards (Grafana); * Handle infrastructure incidents and requests, ensuring SLA compliance; * Conduct basic root cause analysis (RCA) with team support; * Participate in infrastructure and telecom projects, supporting implementation and sustainment; * Collaborate with Information Security teams, adhering to established policies and controls; * Support continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure environments; * Document technical procedures, environments, and implemented changes; Networking \& Connectivity * Support administration of internet links and redundancy; * Operate corporate Wi\-Fi environments; * Support connectivity troubleshooting (wired and wireless networks); * Follow defined architecture standards (VLANs, SSIDs, security); **Additional Information** Technical Requirements (Mandatory) * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure administration; * Knowledge of Fortinet firewalls (VPN, basic policies, troubleshooting); * TCP/IP networking, switching, basic routing, VLANs, and troubleshooting tools; * UniFi or similar switches and access points; * Knowledge of VMware virtualization (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi); * Familiarity with enterprise storage (Dell and Pure Storage); * Backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault or similar); * Monitoring (Zabbix) and observability (Grafana); * Active Directory (users, groups, permissions); * Windows Server systems and basic Linux knowledge; * Experience in Data Center environments; * Incident management (ITIL – operational level); * Technical documentation; Desirable * Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS (basic networking, compute, and DNS services); * Basic knowledge of Cloudflare (CDN and DNS); * Familiarity with alternative virtualization platforms to VMware, such as Nutanix AHV or Proxmox VE; * Understanding of failover clusters (Windows Server Failover Clustering or VMware HA); * Knowledge of iSCSI connectivity and multipath; Differentiators * Knowledge of Zero Trust concepts and network security; * Experience in high-availability environments; * Familiarity with hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI); * Knowledge of SD\-WAN; * Participation in corporate infrastructure projects; * Experience collaborating with Information Security teams; Courses or Certifications (Desirable) * Fortinet NSE (basic/intermediate level); * Microsoft (Windows Server / Active Directory); * ITIL Foundation; * Networking and Security; * Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS – differentiator); * Monitoring and Observability (Zabbix, Grafana); Languages * Intermediate English (technical reading); Welcome to JHSF!
