Job Summary: Mid-level IT Infrastructure and Support Analyst responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's technology environment, ensuring availability and stability of systems, networks, and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. IT infrastructure administration and support (Help Desk). 2. Monitoring and support for connectivity between branches and cloud data centers. 3. Support for operational equipment and corporate tools. **IT Infrastructure and Support Analyst \- Mid-level** ------------------------------------------------------- We are seeking a professional to join our IT Infrastructure team, responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's technology environment, ensuring availability and stability of systems, networks, and equipment used in operations. **Responsibilities** * Administration and support of the company's IT infrastructure (Help Desk). * Monitoring and support for connectivity among branches, cloud data centers, and internet links. * Support for VPN configuration and firewall equipment in coordination with the data center. * Administration and support of the SAP environment regarding infrastructure and connectivity. * Support for operational equipment, including: * Data collectors * Zebra thermal printers * Access Points (Wi\-Fi) used in operations * Oversight of network infrastructure across units, including: * Internet links * VPNs between branches and data centers * FortiGate devices * Assistance in managing camera and DVR infrastructure. * User support for corporate tools: * Windows * Outlook / email accounts * Office suite * Active Directory (AD) * Support implementation and enforcement of information security policies. * Assist in IT equipment control and inventory. **Requirements** * Education: Information Technology * Knowledge: Network infrastructure and connectivity, corporate tools. * Experience: End-user support, VPNs, firewalls, and information security. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with SAP. * Experience with cloud environments. * Experience with network infrastructure in logistics or operational environments. * Knowledge of corporate Wi\-Fi (Access Points). * Experience with data collectors and Zebra printers. * Knowledge of Sitrad (temperature monitoring software) **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization * Proactivity * Problem-solving ability * Strong communication with users * Teamwork
