Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are we looking for?** An organized and proactive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing user support via telephone, remote, or in-person assistance, and registering incidents to enable analysis and resolution of tickets, escalating them to resolver groups when necessary; * Handling tickets related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office Suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Delivering technical support to ensure high availability and performance of client platforms, and, when required, guiding and training users; * Performing infrastructure-related requirement analysis, development, testing, acceptance, and deployment; * Conducting directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange and Lotus Notes email accounts, setting up user profiles, installing VPN, configuring Active Directory and IP addresses; * Performing infrastructure-related requirement analysis, development, testing, acceptance, and deployment; * Executing equipment rollout and inventory control (In Use and Disposal) **Requirements and Qualifications** **Knowledge in:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; * Basic Information Security concepts. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with ITSM systems; * ITIL certification; **Job Details:** * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * **Location:** On-site at Água Branca, São Paulo. **NOTE:** Hey!
