Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and assignments** **What are we looking for?** A proactive professional focused on continuous improvement to join our Infrastructure team. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Monitoring the infrastructure environment. * Supporting the Service Desk when required. * Overseeing vendors at the Datacenter. **Requirements and qualifications** * Knowledge of Zabbix. * Knowledge of ITIL. * Knowledge of server and networking infrastructure environments. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience in NOC and Service Desk. **Work schedule:** * On-site 12x36h shift in Rio de Janeiro \- RJ, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. **NOTE:** Hey!
