Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What we’re looking for:** A proactive professional focused on continuous improvement to join our Infrastructure team. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Managing and providing support for the company’s infrastructure, with emphasis on Windows and Linux servers, routing, networking, DNS, DHCP, file servers, Active Directory, Intune, HTTP, FTP, VMware virtualization, Office 365, Azure Cloud, antivirus, etc.; * Physical and logical network configuration (TCP/IP, IP ranges, subnets/masks, gateways, routing, network topology, etc.); * Creating documentation for operational procedures; * Producing metrics and reports on processes; * Creating and maintaining user and group accounts to assign access privileges; * Proposing process optimization projects that improve corporate services; * Firewall rules, security policies, and sharing protocols; * Physical and logical network configuration (TCP/IP, IP ranges, subnets/masks, gateways, routing, network topology, etc.); **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree; * Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and server hardware; * Knowledge of VMware virtualization and cloud platforms; * Basic knowledge of System Center, Intune, storage systems, routers, and switches; * Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, cabling (fiber optics, UTP, etc.) **Preferred qualifications** * Certifications in Windows Server and/or Office 365; * Knowledge of System Center. **Working hours** * 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, in Bragança Paulista – SP. **NOTE:** Hey!
