Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What are we looking for?** An organized and attentive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Responsible for providing user support via telephone, remote, or in-person assistance, as well as logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution of service requests, escalating them to resolver teams when necessary; * Handling incidents related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office Suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Providing technical support to ensure high availability and performance of client platforms, and, when required, guiding and training users; * Performing requirement analysis, development, testing, acceptance, and deployment related to infrastructure; * Conducting directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange email, Lotus Notes, user profiles, installing VPN, Active Directory, and IP configuration; Performing requirement analysis, development, testing, acceptance, and deployment related to infrastructure; * **Requirements and qualifications** **Knowledge in:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Clustering and NLB; * IIS; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; * Basic Information Security concepts. **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of CITRIX; * ITIL certification; * MCITP: EA or MCSE certification. **Working hours:** * ****Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Botafogo – Rio de Janeiro **NOTE:** Hey!
