This position is part of the **WE Flex** model, meaning you will work 3 days on-site at our offices and 2 days remotely from home. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support, operate, and evolve the network and information security environment, ensuring availability, performance, and standardization of wired and Wi-Fi network infrastructure; * Administer Cisco switches, performing VLAN, trunk/access port, STP, and EtherChannel configurations and adjustments, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting connectivity; * Administer and operate Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls, including creating and maintaining security policies, NAT, VPNs (site-to-site and client-to-site), access control, and traffic rules; * Use FortiManager for centralized policy, object, firmware version, and configuration standardization management across firewalls. Use FortiAnalyzer for log analysis, security event monitoring, report generation, and incident investigation support; * Provide Level 2 (N2) technical support, conducting diagnosis, root cause analysis, and resolution of incidents and issues related to networks and security. Support infrastructure integration with other IT services (servers, applications, corporate systems, and cloud services), ensuring end-to-end stability; * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration standards, operational procedures, and technical records; * Monitor environment availability, performance, and capacity, proposing adjustments and improvements to ensure scalability and service continuity; * Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to resolve incidents, implement changes, and evolve infrastructure; * Support implementation of information security best practices, network segmentation, access control, and risk mitigation; * Participate in scheduled maintenance and change activities, ensuring controlled planning, communication, and execution. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Technical Requirements:** * Proven experience administering and supporting corporate networks, with hands-on experience in wired and Wi-Fi environments; * Practical knowledge of Cisco switches, including configuration, operation, and troubleshooting; * Experience with Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls, including security policies, NAT, and VPNs. Experience using FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer for centralized management, configuration standardization, and log analysis. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, basic routing, DNS, DHCP, and network security fundamentals; * Analytical ability to diagnose and resolve connectivity and performance issues; * Experience with technical documentation, operational standards, and organizing infrastructure procedures. **Desirable Technical Requirements:** * Experience with corporate Wi-Fi environments, including controllers, access points, access policies, and troubleshooting; * Knowledge of high availability, redundancy, and network service continuity. Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, Grafana, or similar; * Knowledge of information security best practices and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and ITIL. Experience in hybrid or cloud-integrated environments (Azure, AWS, or similar).
