**Responsibilities and objectives for this role**
The professional will be the guardian of operational integrity and governance within Qive’s compensation programs. The goal is to go beyond routine processing, actively designing and leading processes that ensure competitiveness, compliance, cost balance, and an outstanding experience for Qivers. For this position, we seek a hybrid profile: analytical with data, experienced in fixed and variable compensation processes, and it is a plus to have proficiency with AI and automation tools.
* Lead fixed and variable compensation processes (e.g., salary benchmarking, salary table reviews, salary movement analysis, commissions, and sales campaigns)
* Responsible for coordinating compensation processes with the payroll and HR teams, ensuring accuracy of transmitted information.
* Primary point of contact for job opening operations and headcount control, supporting Talent Acquisition and HRBPs.
* Design and monitor compensation workflows and policies to ensure alignment with internal policies and corporate governance.
* Serve as the primary contact for Qiver support, promptly and empathetically resolving questions regarding compensation rules, PPR, and internal policies.
* Develop clear and engaging communications to increase visibility of compensation programs and ensure transparency.
* Consolidate compensation and career data, ensuring high-quality information for strategic reporting and HRBP support.
* Cross-analyze compensation data with other people management processes and track KPIs to support talent retention trend identification and action planning.
* Extreme accountability for final deliverables — not only reporting problems but proposing well-founded solutions.
* Ability to collaborate effectively and empathetically across HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance (FP\&A) teams.
* Capacity to understand how compensation processes systematically impact the organization.
* Execution-oriented profile that identifies bottlenecks in formulas or data and seeks to automate or optimize daily deliverables.
* Adaptability to operate in a dynamic environment without compromising numerical accuracy.
**Requirements**
* Practical Experience in Compensation/Job Evaluation and Salary Administration: Hands-on experience with movement workflows, salary table analysis, and handling fixed and variable compensation databases.
* Accounting and Financial Perspective: Knowledge of labor costs, fiscal/tax implications, and compensation modeling.
* Data and Systems Proficiency: Ability to analyze large datasets, build management reports, and work with compensation tools.
* KPI Knowledge: Familiarity with consolidating and analyzing HR metrics (e.g., turnover, payroll cost, headcount).
**Bonus points if you have**
* Innovation Edge (AI): Proficiency using Artificial Intelligence to automate repetitive tasks, analyze data, and create internal content/communications.
