Handling communication channels and providing information The medical imaging diagnostic center is seeking a Receptionist in Xanxerê. **Responsibilities:** Welcoming patients, performing registration, and verifying personal data and documents. Scheduling examinations and organizing equipment and staff schedules. Answering phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and other communication channels, providing information regarding examinations, appointment times, and preparation requirements. Verifying medical referral forms and health insurance authorizations prior to appointments. Guiding patients on procedures, preparation requirements, and result delivery timelines. Opening patient files and directing patients to the appropriate departments. Supporting patient flow management to ensure organization and efficiency. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Reception Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
