JOB OPENING: RECEPTIONIST – KART TRACK We are hiring a receptionist to join our team. We seek a communicative, proactive individual who enjoys customer service to welcome our clients and deliver an engaging introduction to our kart track. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM * Saturday: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM * Sunday: 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM * One fixed day off per week * One Sunday off per month Responsibilities: * Organize and manage the reception area * Provide in-person and WhatsApp-based customer service * Greet customers warmly and attentively * Introduce the kart track and provide information about services and pricing * Process payments and close out customer interactions * Deliver pre-race briefings to customers, explaining race procedures and basic rules (with company support and training) * Schedule appointments and confirm time slots * Assist in maintaining a well-organized environment * Address customer inquiries and provide ongoing support Requirements: * Strong communication skills * Organizational ability and sense of responsibility * Aptitude for customer-facing roles * Proactivity and friendliness * Preference for a dynamic profile with firm demeanor and strong interpersonal skills – preference but\*cu\*\*lina Interested candidates should submit their resumes preferably via WhatsApp: (41\) 9783\-4946 Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
