If you enjoy working in a team and are interested in learning more about the gastronomic world—especially barbecue—this opportunity is for you! \*Responsibilities:\* \- Assist in food preparation and cutting, including salads, side dishes, and meats; \- Support the grill master in organizing and preparing meat cuts; \- Clean and organize utensils, equipment, and the work environment; \- Perform food pre-preparation tasks, such as marinating meats and chopping ingredients; \- Monitor inventory and assist in restocking ingredients and supplies; \- Assist in plating and portioning dishes according to house standards; \- Follow food hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized environment. \*Requirements:\* \- Prior experience in kitchens or similar roles; \- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions; \- Agility, organizational skills, and attention to detail; \- Commitment to food hygiene and safety; \- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. \*Preferred Qualifications:\* \- Experience in churrascarias or restaurants; \- Interest in learning about meat cuts and preparation; \- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
