You will work remotely, with genuine autonomy, a strong focus on impact, and ample room to grow alongside our product. Here, code solves real problems, and great ideas quickly become improvements. * Develop, maintain, and evolve production systems, ensuring stability, security, and scalability. * Work with databases and API integrations, creating and optimizing automations that support our operational workflows. * Refactor and improve third-party service integrations, provide internal technical support to the team, and analyze platform usage to propose continuous improvements. * Participate in special projects—such as new automations, internal tools, and product features—with consistent emphasis on efficiency and tangible impact. If you already: * Have experience developing production software, possess solid understanding of databases and APIs, and prioritize writing clean, organized, and secure code. * Are proactive, meet deadlines, think systemically, and solve problems without waiting for instructions. * Enjoy automation, scalable systems, and feel comfortable working remotely with autonomy, strong communication, and ownership over deliverables. * Have experience with infrastructure or email deliverability, have worked at B2B companies, possess DevOps knowledge, or are familiar with technologies such as Supabase (PostgreSQL, authentication, and security) and tools like Airtable, Stripe, Render, Vercel, or similar. We don’t expect you to know the entire tech stack—we value fast learners, curiosity, and ownership of outcomes far more. Here, you won’t be responsible for just one system—you’ll solve problems.
