Description

**Meet our team!** -------------------------- Innovative. Driven and ambitious about dominating the world of trade marketing. A technology company based in Florianópolis that values commitment to deliverables and results, prioritizing collaborative and human-centered relationships. Here, we respect diversity and value the authenticity of every individual. To join us on stage, respecting differences is essential. The Intelligence area at Involves is responsible for ensuring everything operates in perfect harmony with our customers. These are the people who stand ready for anything, prepared to deliver an experience that exceeds all expectations. **What will be your role?** You will be responsible for maintaining, evolving, and scaling the data infrastructure and platform supporting the entire Intelligence operation, ensuring secure, high-performing, and reliable environments so engineering teams and analysts can deliver confidently. This is a technical backstage position focused on the architecture and infrastructure of *how* data is processed—not on data transformation itself: you implement architectural designs defined by the team following best practices and established security and network standards, always provisioning infrastructure as code. Your primary focus will be building and evolving the new platform, with occasional support for legacy system maintenance—always with ample opportunity to propose new technologies, enhance robustness of existing systems, and take end-to-end ownership of what you build. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** ---------------------------- * Implement the data architecture designed by the team, following best practices and ensuring end-to-end scalability, security, and reliability * Provision and maintain all infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform * Maintain and evolve CI/CD practices and orchestration of data pipelines * Monitor environments, investigate spikes in consumption and performance bottlenecks, and lead refactoring and optimization efforts * Monitor and control infrastructure costs (cloud, tools), adopting industry best practices * Ensure security, quality, backup, and traceability of data pipelines * Ensure adherence to internal security, network, and platform standards * Lead platform evolution and migration projects * Provide occasional support for legacy environment maintenance (e.g., investigating a query, identifying a database lock, assisting the team when needed) * Promote data culture and governance by proposing new technologies and solutions and supporting leadership in technical decisions * Document deliverables and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation **To make this show happen, you must master:** --------------------------------------------------------------- * Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) culture * Python * Kubernetes * Cloud computing, primarily Azure (AWS or GCP also welcome) * Concepts of distributed architecture and medallion architecture—how everything is organized and functions * Orchestration and processing of data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, DBT) * CI/CD processes * Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, and proficiency in SQL * Strong ownership mindset and high accountability for deliverables * Self-managed profile: capable of finding your own path without waiting for direction * Pragmatism and results orientation—balancing "done" and "perfect" * Strong communication and negotiation skills to balance deadlines and standards **If you want to stand out, it’s good to have…** --------------------------------------------------------- * Prior experience working as an SRE or DevOps engineer, preferably with a data focus * Familiarity with Snowflake and Databricks * Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric * Basic understanding of MLOps and support for machine learning and data science workloads * FinOps (cloud cost optimization) * Observability of pipelines and definition of SLAs for data platforms * Concepts of data governance and LGPD * Advanced Spanish or English * Sense of business ownership and knowledge of Trade Marketing **Benefits that make a difference in your daily life!** ------------------------------------------------------ Here, we value your well-being, growth, and quality of life. That’s why we offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package so you can work your way and live better. * Remote First & Anywhere Office culture – Work from anywhere. * Caju card (Visa-branded) for use on meals, transportation, culture, health, and education—100% covered by the company. * Birthday Day Off – In your birth month, choose one day off to enjoy however you like. * Health and dental insurance for you and your dependents. * Wellhub – In partnership with Caju+, choose the plan that best suits you at special rates; your parents and legal dependents also benefit. * Conexa Saúde – 2 online psychotherapy sessions and 2 online nutrition sessions—100% covered by the company. * Discounts on medications and lab tests through the Navdasa network; * Life insurance for your peace of mind; * Exclusive monthly education budget to invest in your professional growth; * Annual Profit-Sharing Program; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Extra days off between Christmas and New Year’s to enjoy with loved ones; * Transportation allowance (according to work model), 100% covered by the company; * Partnership with the Guapeco pet insurance plan to care for your pet; * Numerous partnerships and exclusive discounts for you.
