**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** 12x36 Day Shift
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
1\. Receive patients and companions, identifying their needs, directing and accompanying them according to client requests and expectations.
2\. Guide clients on institutional routines and service flows relevant to emergency care, inpatient admissions, radiology, and laboratory services, clarifying administrative questions;
3\. Provide post-consultation service by reviewing medical prescriptions to identify required procedures and exams, then directing or accompanying patients to the respective reception area;
4\. Monitor waiting times (triage, reception, medical consultation, medication administration and procedures, exam execution, and medical reassessment) in the emergency department, and act as needed to expedite service delivery;
5\. Issue service orders for support departments (Maintenance, Assets, IT);
6\. Maintain customer service areas organized and clean;
7\. Report all irregularities and discrepancies observed during work to immediate leadership;
8\. Accurately fulfill behavioral standards outlined in the Employee Handbook and presented in the "5 Stars +" training;
9\. Serve as a customer service reference regarding personal presentation and professional conduct toward the team;

**Requirements:**
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. Field of study: Administration, Human Resource Management, or related areas;
Availability for 12x36 Day Shift.
