Description

We are seeking an agile professional focused on safety and possessing good physical stamina to work in our logistics operation. The **Cargo Loader** is responsible for handling, organizing, and optimizing physical space inside vehicles and warehouses, ensuring the integrity of transported goods. **Main Responsibilities** * **Arrange and stack** goods strategically inside trucks, containers, or warehouses. * **Load and unload** transport vehicles while respecting product weight, dimensions, and fragility. * **Secure and brace** heavy or sensitive cargo to prevent shifting during transit. * **Sort and palletize** goods according to shipping orders or manifests. * **Report damages** or irregularities in packaging immediately to supervisors. * **Adhere to occupational safety standards** and mandatory use of PPE. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary or high school education. * Experience in freight companies. * Good physical capacity to lift and move weights safely. * Basic knowledge of cargo lashing and palletizing techniques. * Proactive, attentive profile with ability to follow operational instructions. * Availability to work rotating shifts will be considered a plus. **Benefits and Additional Information** * **Compensation:** Gross salary commensurate with the industry \+ night shift allowance (if applicable). * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, and life insurance. * **Employment Type:** Permanent (CLT) — On-site. * **Working Hours:** Monday through Friday, according to scheduled shift.
