Mandatory requirements ● Solid and proven experience as a Closer in B2B digital marketing, consulting, or technology sales. ● Practical expertise in sales funnels, paid traffic, social media, and sales automation. ● Ability to lead strategic meetings, build rapport, diagnose needs, and close deals assertively. ● Full focus on results, performance, and conversion metrics. ● Availability to work during Portugal’s business hours: candidates from Brazil must be able to operate within Portugal’s time zone. Expected profile ● Clear communication, mature commercial demeanor, and ability to engage with entrepreneurs, consultants, and growing brands. ● Consultative thinking to sell value, strategy, and commercial transformation—not just isolated services. ● Discipline to follow the sales process, update the CRM, monitor metrics, and refine arguments based on data. ● High accountability for scheduled meetings, follow-up, commercial cadence, and customer experience quality.
