Sales Operations Assistant

We are looking for an organized person to oversee the entire order process from start to finish without errors. As a Sales Operations Assistant, this person will serve as the central point ensuring that the sales team’s efforts translate into satisfied customers. More than administrative support, they will be responsible for traceability and fulfilling promises made to our customers—attending to every detail: from rigorous order verification to real-time delivery tracking and resolution of any logistical issues. We believe that "a sale is only complete when the product reaches the customer's hands." Therefore, our culture values transparency, agility, and genuine commitment to what has been agreed upon. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\) Provide direct administrative support to the sales management team; Monitor the full order flow—from system entry to delivery completion; Schedule deliveries and monitor the service status of each item; Proactively handle delivery incidents (delays, returns, or damages); Prepare performance reports and conduct meticulous order verifications; Maintain updated and organized records, ensuring full traceability of information and documents. 2\) Register products and customers Manage return invoices issued **Requirements and Qualifications** Previous experience in administrative, commercial, or customer service roles; Knowledge of sales and logistics routines; Supporting the sales representative team and handling delivery incidents; Customer service experience; **Additional Information** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields; Intermediate Excel proficiency; Customer service experience; Experience with TOTVS ERP Since our founding in 2004, KiSabor has had a clear mission: **to bring more flavor to people's lives**.
