Andersen Consulting is a global consulting practice integrating corporate strategy, digital transformation, and AI-driven technology solutions, combined with Andersen Global’s renowned expertise in tax, legal, valuation, and international mobility services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze lease contracts for recording in financial control systems; * Ensure organization, ordering, and availability of contracts as required by the company; * Verify payments made to landlords within contractual deadlines; * Record payments in the company’s internal system; * Provide monthly contract registration reports using existing tools; * Support landlord servicing (contact center) regarding registration, demand tracking, and follow-up responses to landlords; * Manage IPTU (property tax) payments for company-owned land; * Manage contract registration in property deeds of leased real estate (where applicable); * Send and monitor notifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in lease contract administration; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Familiarity with SAP Hana and Salesforce is a plus; * Spanish language skills are desirable; * Must be organized, proactive, and analytical. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Referral bonus for new employees or clients; * Transportation voucher (VT); * Meal/food allowance (VR/VA) — FLEX; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Group life insurance; * Educational incentive; * Childcare allowance. *Matched?
