This includes preparing technical briefings, estimating requirements, and supporting implementation. This job profile is intended for early\-career professionals who apply broad theoretical knowledge and require the ability to investigate and analyze problems. Solutions are typically discussed/verified with a more senior member. **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate and analyze customer requirements for proposals and tenders; * Prepare detailed and competitive proposals and tenders; * Compile all necessary documentation for proposals, including technical documents, compliance statements, and certifications; * Present proposals and clarify technical aspects during negotiations; * Maintain up\-to\-date records of all proposals and tenders in Salesforce; Participate in negotiations and clarification meetings with customers. * **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering and equivalent practical experience; * Technical knowledge of rotating equipment (centrifugal pumps, agitators, mixers, etc.); * Experience in preparing public proposals and tenders is a plus; * Basic English proficiency. **What we offer you** ===================== Medical, dental, and life insurance Meal and transportation allowances Wellness program and Gympass Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) Private pension plan A wide variety of learning opportunities Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
