Description

We are seeking a professional to join our Operations team, focused on transforming data into strategic actions for our franchise network. The main objective is to closely monitor unit performance, consolidate sales KPIs, manage delivery platform configurations, and support the operations team in implementing improvements that drive store revenue. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Platform Management and Configuration: Operate sales portals (with focus on iFood), including product registration, menu updates, photos, coupons, and promotional campaigns for the network. Performance Management: Monitor and optimize iFood campaigns across units, ensuring investment efficiency and financial return for franchisees. KPI Monitoring: Extract, consolidate, and analyze sales data, average ticket value, cancellations, and store conversion funnels. Internal Benchmarking: Create and update performance rankings among units to identify and replicate best practices. Operations Support: Equip the internal operations team with reports, technical diagnostics, and results presentations to support frontline decision-making. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related fields). Proficiency in Excel for data organization, consolidation, and analysis. Strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and an execution-oriented profile (hands-on approach). Investigative Mindset: Curiosity to understand the "why" behind the numbers, linking reports to the practical, day-to-day operational realities of sales systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior familiarity with the iFood Partner Portal or other delivery/marketplace ecosystems. Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or similar). **Contractual Information and Benefits:** Employment Type: CLT (permanent contract).
