Here, you will experience the day-to-day operations of a marketing department — from creating materials to engaging with franchisees. **Your responsibilities:** \* Create and adapt artwork for campaigns and internal materials \* Contribute visual ideas to strengthen the brand \* Contact printing shops and suppliers for quotes on printed materials \* Collaborate on event execution and coverage \* Conduct training sessions and presentations for franchisees regarding our material management platform \* Support administrative and operational routines within the department **What we expect from you:** \* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields (completed or currently pursuing) \* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator \* Willingness to learn and work collaboratively **Preferred qualifications:** \* A **portfolio** of design work or academic case studies.
