We seek a communicative and friendly professional with a sales-oriented profile, focused on results and comfortable interacting with people. **Job Responsibilities** * Prospect patients actively to attract new appointments. * Convert and close sales of dental treatments. * Schedule and confirm evaluations, with a minimum target of 15 daily and 90 weekly appointments. * Maintain and monitor internal systems and control spreadsheets. * Keep the clinic’s social media updated with posts and organic interactions. * Accompany patients throughout all stages of the service process, ensuring a positive experience. * Support the marketing department and participate in commercial initiatives. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Experience in sales and customer service. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, and management software. * Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to generate organic engagement. * Cheerful, positive, proactive, and friendly profile with strong communication and persuasion skills. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM\. * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM\. **Salary and Benefits** * Fixed salary: R$ 2\.000,00\. * Performance bonus, averaging between R$ 2\.500,00 and R$ 2\.700,00 per month\. * Meal allowance. * Uniform provided by the company. * CLT employment regime (formal registration after the first month).
