Ensure safety and quality of services A Civil Engineering Company seeks a Drilling Supervisor in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate the activities of geotechnical drilling teams. Ensure correct execution of drilling, sampling, and inspection technical procedures. Ensure workplace safety. Manage human, material, and equipment resources used on site. Adhere to established schedules and ensure service quality. Plan and organize daily drilling activities. Guide and supervise technical and operational staff. Monitor proper use of equipment and materials. Control sample quality and field records. Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards. Ensure worker, equipment, and worksite integrity. Maintain accurate records of activities and results obtained. Report project progress to responsible engineers and geologists. Ensure adherence to schedule and budget. Ensure compliance with project technical specifications. Previous experience as Drilling Supervisor, Drilling Coordinator, Drilling Project Manager, or Drilling Team Leader may indicate suitability for some of the duties of this position.
