The position is based at our Lago Sul office and focuses on processing, analyzing, and interpreting geological data from our projects, generating technical recommendations that guide strategic decision-making. About the Position The professional will work predominantly in the office, receiving large volumes of field, drilling, and exploration data to process, model, and transform into actionable insights. Field visits will be occasional, as required by projects. We seek someone who combines technical rigor with the ability to clearly communicate complex analyses to diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities ? Process, validate, and analyze geological, geochemical, and geophysical data received from project fronts ? Build and refine geological models and support resource estimates ? Interpret structural data and integrate information from multiple sources ? Prepare technical recommendations to support decisions regarding exploration, drilling, and development ? Support planning of exploration, drilling, and sampling campaigns ? Manage projects with focus on timelines, costs, and productivity ? Collaborate with engineering, operations, and planning teams ? Prepare technical reports and support licensing processes ? Conduct occasional field visits for technical validation when necessary **Requirements:** Requirements ? Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields ? Proven experience as a geologist in mining projects ? Advanced proficiency in geological modeling software (Leapfrog, Datamine, Surpac, or similar) ? Proficiency in GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) ? Strong capability to interpret and integrate geological and structural data ? Analytical skills to translate technical data into business recommendations ? Strong written and verbal technical communication skills Preferred Qualifications ? Experience supporting regulatory and legal processes with ANM (National Mining Agency), SEMAD, and other environmental and mining agencies ? Knowledge of environmental licensing and mining title procedures in Brazil ? Experience in gold mining ? Experience in mineral project management ? Involvement in projects at the development or ramp\-up stage ? Knowledge of planning and control from a production engineering perspective ?
