Previous experience in procurement, preferably corporate travel **Job Title:** Procurement Assistant **Role Summary:** A professional responsible for supporting the procurement process, with emphasis on quoting, negotiating, and acquiring airfares and accommodations, ensuring optimal cost\-effectiveness and adherence to the company's internal policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform airfare quotations and hotel reservations for employees on business trips. * Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms with suppliers to optimize costs. * Issue purchase requests and monitor the entire workflow through to invoicing. * Maintain control and recordkeeping of corporate travel in spreadsheets/internal systems. * Evaluate and approve new suppliers when necessary. * Ensure all procurements comply with the company's internal policies. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in procurement, preferably focused on corporate travel. * Familiarity with management systems (ERP) and intermediate Excel skills. * Strong negotiation and organizational abilities. * Proactive profile, detail-oriented, and possessing good communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies. * Experience with corporate travel agencies.
