Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring full compliance with the contract and Vale's standards, managing the entire project and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Key Highlights: 1. Development of engineering solutions and quality assurance **Contract Representative / Technical Responsible** Act as the technical responsible for the contract **Contract Representative / Technical Responsible** * Act as the technical responsible for the contract, ensuring full compliance with ET requirements and Vale's standards. * Perform overall contract management (planning, execution, control, and closure). * Develop work plans, schedules, budgets, and execution methodologies. * Ensure issuance and management of the **ART (Anotação de Responsabilidade Técnica)**. * Coordinate the multidisciplinary team (PCM, Safety, and Field). * Maintain direct interface with Vale's manager/supervisor. * Prepare projects, sketches, and engineering solutions. * Ensure schedule adherence (minimum 95% of the schedule). * Guarantee compliance with **SSMA (Health, Safety, and Environment)** requirements. * Approve risk analyses (ART/APR) and emergency plans. * Monitor physical, financial, and safety indicators. * Make strategic and corrective decisions on-site. * Ensure technical quality and avoid rework.
