Come be part of our team as an **Underground Mine Geology Coordinator!** **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for leading the team and ensuring the technical delivery of mineral exploration, mapping, and resource control activities. Coordinate drilling, geological data collection and processing, ensuring database integrity and compliance with best practices. Responsible for grade control, preparation of technical reports, budget and performance indicator management, as well as driving continuous improvement, team development, and ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards. **Requirements** Mandatory: * Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering * Technical knowledge in drilling, mapping, sampling, ore body interpretation, and grade control * Experience in coordinating technical teams * Knowledge in cost preparation and control * Familiarity with 3D modeling tools and data integration Desirable: * Postgraduate degree or specialization * Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling software * Stakeholder negotiation skills * Advanced English **Soft Skills:** * Clear and assertive communication with team members, peers, and leaders. * Maturity and innovation * Act as an agent of change, innovation, and creativity * Analytical thinking * Results orientation * Influence and negotiation * Data-driven decision making
