In this role, you will play a pivotal part in **ensuring the mine is planned, constructed, and operated in compliance with the company’s and governmental regulations’ safety, environmental, and efficiency standards.** **What will you do?** -------------------- ️ Develop detailed plans for mine implementation, including defining excavation areas, ore extraction sequencing, and support structure design (e.g., dams and roads). ️ Supervise construction activities, ensuring all phases are executed according to plan and within established timelines. ️ Manage human and material resources to ensure efficient and budget-compliant mine implementation. ️ Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety standards to prevent accidents and safeguard worker health and safety. ️ Identify and assess mining-related risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. **What would we like you to have?** We value you as a person—your attitude, behaviors, and values. Experience in the following areas is an added advantage: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering Solid knowledge of geology and geotechnics.
