It seeks professionals who are committed, ethical, and collaborative, and who wish to be part of a challenging, results-oriented environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Size mine equipment in coordination with planning to ensure productivity. * Analyze operational reports and implement corrective actions in response to deviations. * Size and optimize blast plans in coordination with planning. * Identify and propose solutions for problems and opportunities for improvement at the mine. * Conduct operational inspections and guide teams on safety, health, and environmental standards. * Daily review of production plan adherence with planning, maintenance, and geology teams. * Participate in team training and development. * Attend technical meetings and operational committees. * Assess technical\-economic feasibility for equipment procurement. * Contribute to the annual budget preparation for the area. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and monthly production planning. * Prepare technical reports and evaluations of the technical team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Project and People Management; **Additional Information** * **Health Insurance Plan** * **Dental Insurance Plan** * **Group Life Insurance** * **Meal Voucher** * **School Supply Allowance**: * **Chartered Transportation** * **Variable Compensation Program** * **Christmas Bonus Basket
