Join a team that values technical expertise, collaboration, and professional growth.** =============================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================== **Responsibilities:** ====================== **Short-Term Mine Planning:** ========================================= * **Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans considering technical-economic, environmental, and operational assumptions.** ========================================================================================================================= * **Develop and guide short- and very short-term plans to direct mining activities.** ======================================================================================== * **Monitor field execution, ensure plan adherence, and propose revisions when necessary.** ==================================================================================================== * **Guide and monitor surveying and topographic surveys.** ================================================================= * **Perform mine reconciliation and monitor extracted quality and volumes.** =============================================================================== * **Support drilling and blasting plans according to current planning.** ================================================================================ **Medium- and Long-Term Planning:** ========================================= * **Participate in the development of strategic plans (5-year and long-term), pit sequencing, and final pit optimization.** ====================================================================================================================== * **Support fleet sizing and optimization analyses.** ============================================================== **ANM Engagement** =================== * **Prepare and monitor legal documents: RAL, PAE, resource reports, mineral easements, and others.** ========================================================================================================= * **Ensure compliance with ANM deadlines and requirements.** ======================================================= **Interface with Operations and Other Departments** ========================================= * **Participate in job rotation (1–1.5 years) within the mine operation.** ================================================================= * **Provide technical support to Geology, Environment, Legal, and other departments.** =================================================================================== * **Support internal and external audits and participate in the Mine Planning Committee.** ================================================================================== * **Manage third-party contracts (surveying, geotechnics).** ========================================================= **Other Activities** ===================== * **Propose continuous process improvements.** ============================================= * **Stay updated on industry technologies.** ================================================= * **Comply with and promote safety and environmental protection standards.** =================================================================== **Requirements:** =============== **Education and Experience** ========================== * **Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.** ===================================== * **2–5 years of experience**, preferably in **Mine Planning**. ========================================================================================== * **Active registration with CREA.** =========================== **Technical Knowledge:** =========================== * **Experience with software such as (desirable):** ============================================= + **Surpac, MineSched, Whittle** ============================== + **Talpac, Haulsim** =================== + **QGIS, ArcGIS, AutoCAD/ZWCad** =============================== + **I\-Blast (a plus)** ============================== * **Microsoft Office Suite.** ===================== * **Minimum English level B2;
