Over 100 licenses have already been sold, and dozens of projects have been successfully completed using real-world seismic data from various regions worldwide. The platform offers classic interpretation functionalities as well as advanced modules powered by **AI**, enhancing the speed, accuracy, and objectivity of seismic analysis. Geoplat is a more cost-effective alternative to platforms from SLB and Halliburton, also offering an AI module that adds value even for customers already using market-leading tools. **Role Summary** We are looking for a **representative in Latin America (primarily Brazil)** to promote and sell Geoplat licenses and seismic interpretation services. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with strong connections in the **oil and gas** sector, holding a degree in geophysics or geology—or possessing relevant experience in geoscience software sales—as well as knowledge of the potential of artificial intelligence in seismic interpretation. **Key Responsibilities** Analyze the oil and gas company and service provider market in Brazil and Latin America Identify potential customers with in-house interpretation teams or interest in outsourcing seismic interpretation services Establish and develop professional contacts, organize demonstrations, pilot tests, and evaluation licenses Conduct commercial negotiations, coordinate terms, and facilitate licensing or service agreements Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, collect technical feedback, and promote recurring sales Gradually evolve toward full independence in managing presentations, demonstrations, and commercial processes **Essential Requirements** Bachelor’s degree or higher in **geology, geophysics**, or related field **10\+ years of experience**: seismic interpretation, geophysical analysis, or geoscience software sales Established network of contacts among oil and gas operators and service companies in Latin America Active participation in conferences, trade shows, and professional communities English proficiency; Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills **Desirable Qualifications (Nice\-to\-have)** Experience with industry-standard software: **Petrel, DecisionSpace, SeisEarth, IHS Kingdom, Hampson\-Russel**, etc. Familiarity with **Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning** applied to geosciences Prior experience selling technical or scientific software **What We Offer** Fully remote and flexible collaboration Compensation model based on **sales commissions** (licenses and services) Full technical support from the central team: demonstrations, trial licenses, expert involvement A mature, efficient, and highly competitive product ;
