Support the preparation of managerial reports and forecasting **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; \- Willingness to reside and work in the city of Pompeia; \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** \- Intermediate English proficiency; \- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or accounting-related fields; \- Familiarity with SAP and Power BI systems. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Collaborate with planning activities in the controlling area, analyzing all relevant information and reporting discrepancies to management; \- Conduct in-depth analyses and evaluations of key accounts in the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and strategic business indicators; \- Analyze cost structures, costing processes, and budgeting, supporting the identification of improvements and cost reductions; \- Support the preparation and analysis of managerial reports to ensure data accuracy and provide assessments and comments regarding major variances; \- Participate in the forecasting process for all Jacto Group business units, gathering data, assessing forecast consistency, and preparing consolidated reports; \- Drive various improvements through acquired knowledge and experience to optimize resource utilization within the department and organization, consistently pursuing operational efficiency; \- Support Jacto Group businesses with best practices and a collective perspective. **This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PcD).** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$6\.000,00 \- R$6\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Private pension plan * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
