Interface with multiple departments during project development 1) Manage the project portfolio, supporting prioritization and consolidation of capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets and financial forecasts for projects. 2) Structure and lead new projects within the Casa dos Ventos portfolio under the Project Management Governance framework, organizing information flows and required approvals for each phase—from pre-construction through to project implementation. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1) Gather all project-related information, ensuring that all development stages are ready to proceed to the pre-construction phase; support readiness and prioritization processes for pre-construction projects, given the complexity of the multi-project portfolio. 2) Organize information regarding project timelines, costs, quality, and scope compliance, ensuring adherence to Casa dos Ventos standards; 3) Prepare presentations and supporting materials for project approval by the CDVE Board and TTE; 4) Interface with all CDVE departments responsible for conceptual and budgetary development of projects; Collaborate with the PMO team to manage service procurement and supplier payment workflows; 5) Work with CDVE’s Financial Planning team to analyze CAPEX figures for each project, contributing qualitative analysis and technical-economic feasibility assessments; 6) Support the implementation of Project Governance, including standardization of management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and development of standardized monitoring reports (e.g., One Page Report); 7) Collaborate with the Controller’s Office to prepare the monthly rolling forecast and consolidate CapEx financial performance (S-curve). **Requirements and Qualifications** 1) Understanding of roles and responsibilities of stakeholders in the electricity sector; 2) Knowledge of environmental licensing processes and their phases; 3) Knowledge of project management and portfolio planning; 4) Preferred: Financial modeling expertise. **Additional Information** Benefits for You * Competitive benefits package; * Opportunities for learning and development.
