




Job Summary: Professional responsible for executing, updating, and maintaining material, service, and supplier master data records, ensuring standardization and integrity of master data in enterprise management systems. Description: Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree in Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering; * Completed or ongoing courses in Master Data Management; * One year or more in similar roles, demonstrating advanced knowledge of material, service, and supplier master data; * Knowledge of registration routines for consumable materials, project materials, and equipment; * Familiarity with TOTVS RM system (Supply module or similar) is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, data processing, control spreadsheets); * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and systemic understanding of procurement processes. Differentiators: * Experience in master data governance (Master Data Management); * Knowledge of material coding and classification standards (e.g., UNSPSC, NCM, internal classification tables); * Participation in ERP implementation or master data cleansing projects; * Familiarity with Power BI is desirable. Main Responsibilities: * Execute registration, updating, and maintenance of materials, services, and suppliers in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system; * Ensure standardization and compliance of technical descriptions according to applicable standards and registration procedures; * Develop and maintain standardized material descriptions; * Administer master data registration: Materials, Services, Suppliers, and Customers via the company’s integrated system (TOTVS RM); * Support requesting departments in correct item classification (consumables, project materials, equipment, etc.); * Ensure master data integrity and support master data governance; * Perform analyses and generate reports on master data (duplicates, inconsistencies, item obsolescence); * Collaborate with Procurement, Warehousing, Engineering, Tax, and Controller departments to continuously improve registration processes; * Participate in enterprise management system implementation or upgrade projects; * Participate in supplier qualification, activation, and maintenance processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of registration information. 2511190202461875765
