Process and control payment authorizations for provisioning and bank settlements. Monitor issued checks and reconcile them against bank statements, as well as perform bank reconciliations against the cash and bank ledger accounts. Execute payments via checkbook, monitor and analyze bank disbursements and financial investments, and manage the company's petty cash. Coordinate activities of the treasury assistant and office boy. Previous experience as Junior Financial Analyst, Treasury Assistant, Junior Accounting Analyst, or Controller Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
