Key Responsibilities: * Support the **structuring and analysis of financial products**; * Develop **financial models** and feasibility analyses for transactions; * Prepare **management reports and strategic analyses** to support decision-making; * Monitor **key performance indicators for financial operations**; * Contribute to **improvements in financial processes and controls**; * Collaborate with various departments across the company to ensure operational efficiency and quality. What We Are Looking For: * Prior experience in the **finance area**; * Strong **analytical capability and strategic vision**; * Proficiency in **Excel or financial analysis tools**; * An **organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile**. Requirements: * Resident of Greater Vitória/ES; * Bachelor’s degree completed in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management is a plus; * Technical ability to read and interpret DRE (Statement of Income), DFC (Cash Flow Statement), and Balance Sheets; advanced Excel proficiency; * Solid knowledge of Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional tax regimes; and familiarity with products such as Working Capital, Receivables Financing (invoices/credit cards), BNDES financing, and Leasing; * Proficiency with tools such as Serasa Experian, Boa Vista, and SCR (Central Bank Credit Information System); * Basic understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) prevention and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Work Schedule: 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday, with a 15-minute break). Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Attention: Applications remain open until 03/15.
