Execute, control, and organize cost management activities, ensuring proper cost allocation, appropriate accounting classification, and effective support for profitability analysis.

**Position Objective**
Execute, control, and organize the company's cost management activities, ensuring accurate cost allocation, appropriate accounting classification, reliability of managerial information, and effective support for contract-level profitability analysis.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Cost Management and Control**
* Execute and monitor direct and indirect cost allocation by contract and cost center;
* Conduct critical analysis of accounting classifications (cost vs. expense);
* Support consolidation of the Income Statement (DRE);
* Support development of the Contract-Level Income Statement (DRC);
* Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results;
* Ensure consistency of data sources used for managerial reporting.
* **Processes and Structuring**
* Maintain updated controls (spreadsheets and systems);
* Document cost allocation and apportionment criteria;
* Contribute to improving costing processes;
* Support development of BI and managerial reporting data foundations;
* Participate in the evolution of the company’s controller model.
* **Classification and Information Quality**
* Review cost postings originating from the ERP;
* Identify inconsistencies in product/event configuration;
* Collaborate with Procurement and Operations teams to correct issues at source;
* Support managerial reclassifications when necessary;
* Maintain organized documentation and traceability of analyses performed.
* **Interface with Operations**
* Interact with contract managers to understand cost nature;
* Support margin and profitability analyses;
* Flag significant cost deviations;
* Contribute to improved discipline in measurement and cost allocation.
**Technical Requirements**
* **Mandatory**
* Proven experience in cost management or cost analysis;
* Experience with accounting classification (cost vs. expense);
* Experience with cost center and/or contract-level control;
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (reconciliations, analyses, cross-referencing);
* Strong analytical ability and attention to detail;
* Routine discipline and organizational skills.
* **Desirable**
* Experience in companies providing ongoing services, maintenance, or operations;
* Experience with managerial DRE;
* ERP knowledge (TOTVS / Protheus is a plus);
* Experience in contract-level profitability analysis;
* Familiarity with corporate budgeting.
