Responsibilities: * Develop and update cost and inventory control spreadsheets; * Monitor physical inventory and verify ERP data; * Support the calculation of average cost for products in inventory and sold; * Provide support to Production and Accounting departments on activities related to costs and inventory controls; * Assist in executing monthly cost and inventory closing routines; * Perform analysis and verification of product and cost center registration; * Contribute to internal and external audit activities by providing basic information and supporting reports; * Support standard cost calculation and maintenance for products; * Perform administrative tasks related to the cost area; * Perform reconciliations between inventory reports and accounting records; * Maintain auxiliary controls for tracking fixed and variable costs; * Assist in preparing managerial reports to support decision-making; * Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives in the cost area; Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Preferred: Experience with dashboard tools; * Preferred: Experience in cost accounting or controlling; * Preferred: SAP knowledge
