If you have a strong drive for growth, an entrepreneurial spirit, and want to be part of a rapidly growing company, this opportunity is for you! **In this role, your main objectives will be:** * Verify fiscal documents (invoices, purchase orders, receipts) and validate information with debtors and assignors via phone, email, or WhatsApp; * Ensure the authenticity of collateral by analyzing supporting evidence and maintaining complete Controller records; * Identify critical situations and establish priorities for daily tasks in an agile and effective manner; * Collect data from internal systems, structuring it logically and ensuring analytical quality; * Identify patterns, trends, and behaviors within portfolios to define optimal action strategies; * Prepare reports and visual dashboards, communicating results clearly to managers and teams; * Present analytical findings objectively to diverse audiences; * Collaborate with other departments to develop solutions and implement process improvements. **What we look for in you:** * Ability to identify critical situations and establish priorities for daily tasks in an agile and effective manner. * Skill in maintaining focus even under high-pressure scenarios, ensuring high-impact tasks are completed first. * Proficiency in assertive communication techniques to extract relevant information during active outreach, facilitating issue resolution and risk mitigation. * Competence in evaluating data obtained during outreach, transforming it into insights that ensure collateral quality and reduce risk exposure. * Focus on achieving goals based on collected data, contributing to strategic decision-making and continuous process improvement. * High-quality output delivered within established deadlines, aligned with the department’s strategic objectives. * Flexibility to adapt to changes and new challenges, quickly adjusting to departmental and market needs. * Residency in Jaguariúna or nearby cities. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. **Why join Fattor?** We value professionals eager to grow and who share our vision of a dynamic and meritocratic environment.
