Job Summary: Responsible for executing and controlling accounting processes, ensuring compliance and supporting strategic decisions with accounting data. Key Highlights: 1. Supports tax planning and strategic decision-making **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Responsible for executing and controlling the company's accounting processes, ensuring compliance with current tax and accounting regulations. Engages in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reconciliations, accounting entries, and support for internal and external audits. Also contributes to tax planning and strategic decision-making based on accounting data. * Perform accounting and financial entries and reconciliations; * Prepare and analyze trial balances and financial statements; * Support monthly and annual accounting closings; * Review ancillary obligations (SPED Contábil, ECD, ECF); * Monitor internal and external audits; * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and principles (BR GAAP / IFRS); * Support related departments with accounting information and reports **Requirements:*** Minimum education: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences * Postgraduate studies in Controllership, Finance, or Auditing are desirable • Prior experience in the accounting field (account reconciliations); • Practical knowledge of SPED Contábil, ECD, ECF, and other ancillary obligations; • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data consolidation); • Continuous updating on accounting legislation.
