Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with a degree in Accounting Sciences to perform accounting entries, reconciliations, assist in preparing reports and tax calculations, and support fiscal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Perform accounting entries and reconciliations for various accounts. 2. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. 3. Support tax calculation and monitoring of tax legislation. Description: If you have: * A completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences; * Basic knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate or advanced level preferred); * Availability to work on-site in Fortaleza at the Messejana unit. We value candidates who also have: * Prior experience in an accounting firm or corporate accounting department. * Experience performing accounting entries and reconciling bank, customer, supplier, and other asset and income statement accounts; * Experience assisting in preparing accounting reports, trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information; * Experience supporting the calculation of direct and indirect taxes (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ISS, ICMS) and issuing and managing tax payment slips; * Experience organizing, verifying, and archiving accounting and tax documents, maintaining control and traceability of information; * Experience responding to accounting information requests from internal departments, controllership, and external auditors, collaborating in data review and validation processes; * Experience supporting fixed asset control and updates, ensuring correct recording of acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation; * Experience monitoring changes in accounting, tax, and fiscal legislation, ensuring adopted procedures comply with current regulations. 2511130202461866303
