About the position: We are seeking a professional to work in the commercial area, focusing on selling generator set parts, alternators, and control panels. The role aims to serve customers, conduct active prospecting, and manage the entire sales cycle—ensuring a complete experience from initial contact through after-sales support. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct active client prospecting via phone, WhatsApp, and digital tools; * Serve and develop relationships with clients; * Prepare quotations and register sales orders; * Monitor the entire commercial process until product delivery; * Track payments and order releases; * Submit registrations for credit analysis and monitor approvals; * Request registration and updates of products and clients; * Quote freight costs and support logistics processes; * Monitor available stock for sale; * Request product purchases when necessary; * Support clients before and after sales; * Monitor warranty processes; * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth commercial operations. **Requirements** * Proven sales experience * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Proficiency in Excel * Organizational and disciplined process tracking * Results- and goal-oriented mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of generator set parts, alternators, or generator sets * Experience in the energy sector or industry * Experience in technical or consultative sales **Benefits** \- Study allowance \- Conexa Saúde health program \- Pharmacy network agreement \- Gympass \- Unimed health plan \- Co-payment \- Dental plan \- Meal allowance / Food voucher \- Transportation voucher Compensation: Starting at R$2\.257,00 per month Workplace: On-site
