BAURU REGION - SP As a Supervisor, your activities will be: * MONITOR PROMOTERS' PERFORMANCE IN THE FIELD * SEND DAILY ATTENDANCE REPORTS * Ensure frequency and sequence of store visits; * Collect and deliver merchandising materials to the field team; * Identify and negotiate opportunities with creativity and innovation; * Meet established targets; * Self-development and planning; * Constantly monitor and report competitor activities; * Proactively report execution opportunities. * Attend meetings and training sessions whenever summoned by the coordinator/manager; campo; Requirements: * Solid experience in Merchandising; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; * Initiative, communication skills, and creativity; * Valid Category B driver's license.
