Job Summary: The professional will ensure the performance of filling equipment, identify improvements, ensure the sustainability of planned maintenance, and develop the technical team. Participate in expense and investment management **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure filling equipment performance by monitoring indicators (PNP, MTBF, MTTR, and Availability). * Identify improvements in production lines, proposing adjustments and new technologies. * Ensure the sustainability of planned maintenance (preventive and predictive). * Maintain up-to-date records regarding machine and equipment safety. * Support new projects and products by adapting equipment to requirements. * Schedule interventions and coordinate third-party maintenance services. * Develop the technical team through continuous training and feedback. * Control fixed assets and spare parts available in the warehouse. * Participate in maintenance and investment (M\&I) expense management, ensuring compliance with the approved budget. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in industrial maintenance; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
